Return and Refund Policy

  • We use reputed courier service to deliver the products safely without any damage and in timely manner to your doorstep.  However, there are certain circumstances beyond our control and you should contact us for such cases within 24 hours of delivery.
  • If you open the packaging and found the items damaged or less in amount, contact us at sales@lotuscardstudio.com within 24 hours.  After this time, we will not take any complaints.
  • We will replace them and if not able to do so, we will refund the amount.

For Replacements:

  • You are required to send us back only the damaged pieces.  You have to courier via reputed courier service with proper tracking.  The shipping cost to send damaged items to us is to be borne by you.
  • We will provide you free replacements.

For Refund:

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging and these must be packed in a secure, tamper-proof box. We do not accept partial or used packs of supplies or items returned in envelopes.  Please send the items via reputed courier service with proper tracking.  Also, the shipping cost to send the goods back to us is to be borne by you.
  • The two way shipping charges (from us to destination and from destination back to us) will be deducted along with 4% of total costs incurred as processing fee.
  • Refund will be initiated within 7 working days after confirming the receival of original items.
  • Expectations of the product varies from person to person.  We will not be responsible if you don’t find the product as per your thinking and we can’t replace or refund in such cases.  We try to show you the product in best possible way so that you are satisfied before buying.  You purchase the items after full satisfaction and after receiving, if someone from your family didn’t like it, then No Return And No Refund Policy will be applicable.
